It always happens on a weekend night - the AC goes out and the temperature and humidity are both 85. I called Unique at 10 pm and they offered to send a technician. I opted to wait for first thing the next morning - a Sunday. Jay H. (father of 4) came out to my house on Father's Day and diagnosed my problem. He spent time actually listening to my questions and responding with information and options. Chris was extremely polite, helpful and courteous. He helped with my Water softener which was not the cause of my leak, but he helped me to determine next steps and made sure I was treated fairly as a client. Great service..

Unique is my go-to company for a/c, plumbing and electrical issues. Today Guillermo T. cleaned the 18 air ducts in my house. We have been here 14 years and had never had the ducts cleaned - this is a bad allergy season so we figured it was time. The service was great! Very thorough, and he put down drop cloths to prevent debris falling on surrounding floors and furniture. He vacuumed everything thoroughly as he went along. Very professional service, as always.

Late last evening, our AC drain pipe was clogged and overflowing water. The service tech, Griff rapidly diagnosed the problem and implemented actions to resolve the issue. He was at all times very professional, friendly, and informative. Just a delight to have customer service like this.

They were quick to install, and in 36 days brand new air was out 3 times once for over 30 hours. The repairmen come out between 12-2am when called at 5:30pm. I am not impressed, no new drainage pipes were put in, the 15 year old ones supposedly were the reason it quit working, so they cleaned them and they are still there. Well if they were changed to begin with that wouldn't have been a problem. Its very loud in my house from the noise of the return and now I have a loud pump installed to pump out the water in the pan. I Ha... read more
