Charles O. arrived at my home for a pre-arranged maintenance call on my A/C unit. He arrived within the prescribed timeframe and was very competent and professional. Charles went out of his way to explain, in much detail, the workings and needs of the unit & all of it's processes. I asked about the life span of the unit and I'm confident that Charles gave me the best information possible. I would welcome him to my home for any future service calls.

Charles O. from Unique Services came out on 4/20/2017 to work on a clogged drain line on my air conditioner unit (had my normal repair man out earlier in the day and he could not fix it). Charles worked on the problem which was between my air unit and my hot water heater, he kept trying different things and we thought we might have to call out a plumber to remove HW heater but he was very persistent and would not give up. he finally got the line unclogged. This morning, Jason, with Unique Services, performed our semi-annual A/C maintenance at our home. He showed up promptly, was courteous and knowledgeable, and moved quickly through his routine maintenance tasks. He answered all of my questions in a helpful and interested manner. If we could request specific technicians, I would request Jason for our future A/C maintenance work. Jason seems to be a happy, well-trained employee...the very best ambassador a company could have!

From sales to install the experience was fantastic. The price was within our budget and thus far our expectations have been met or exceeded. On the day the system was installed, Wayne arrived early and went into great detail about what to expect. He was professional and courteous without being excessively loud or messy. He worked quickly and efficiently completing the job earlier than he said he would. The only downside, which was my own fault, was the new pad that was placed for the outside unit covered up a sprinkler head.... read more

Unique completed a regular scheduled check up on home AC system. Eric was on time, very professional and completed all the necessary inspections. Unique also provides a heads up phone call when a tech is on his way. A very reliable service company

What a refreshing experience with Ray. He came in and introduced himself and asked if we had any questions before and after he described in detail the company & it's business philosophy, the service area and other professional services it offers (AC-Heating-Plumbing-Electrical-Pool Service-Duct Cleaning). He was very well dressed, and very well mannered. Unfortunately on 4/1/17 I had to have my second AC unit and compressor installed within the last 5 years- We are snowbirds in Fla and have used Unique in the past- I again contacted them and had Jessup D. and Zach come to do the install on a Saturday- after having much bad luck with service people in this are who don't come on time, or at all or outright lie, it was a pleasure to deal with Jessup- he was polite, professional, on time, cleaned up, explained the workings of the unit to me and for a young man he was very knowle... read more
