Juan S. came to do an annual check up on air conditioning in our new house (they allowed us to switch our contract on air conditioning from one house to the other) and he did a great job! Came when expected. Gave good service, decided to wait to get anything done. He did not mind me not doing work right away, no pressure and made me feel comfortable. Would use unique again, have been with them for over 5 yrs and always received good service.
