I have been ripped off by these people. I requested a technician to disconnect and reconnect my A/C unit so that my excavator could move my A/C unit cut down and remove a tree, the root structure of which, had tipped up my A/C unit. When the technician arrived he informed me that the cost of service would be $1600.00. I informed him that the charge for the service was outrageous. He offered to call his boss. The Fort Myers office of Unique was having trouble solving the problems I was having with my Carrier Infinity series AC and finally called on help from their Bradenton office. John arrived on time, promised to stay until our air was back on, and went straight to work - - he had the problems solved, cleaned up, and was gone in less than 90 minutes. In other words, he was terrific! Unique in Fort Myers needs people like John - - my review is for John J. of Bradenton

The technician tried to charge us $1500 for 2 circuit breakers that did not need to be replaced as they were on an electrical panel that was less than a year old. Also he wanted $750 to clean the inside air handler and another $350 to clean the outside unit. When you call and ask about the charges for cleaning your unit you are told $79. When they get to your home they up charge you for everything. We bought our unit from them and need to use them until the service contract is used up. GRIF D - Field Tech Unique Services - Bradenton So much appreciate professional and efficient, effective service to an AC problem that has been ongoing here at home. Was beginning to 'lose faith' in Unique! Griff 'made the great" today and spent time and actually found the coolant leak that other Unique Tech had NOT found. Griff has repaired / replaced the copper pipe. The AC system now cools efficiently and effectively. Good Work with some perseverence. Thank You Griff!

I recently took over the household duties since the passing of my Dad and had questions for Griff on the maintenance of our A/C unit. Not only did he answer all my questions, he provided me with several tips on how to get the best results from our unit. Griff was very professional and I felt very secure while he was in our home. Unique Services not only called us upon arrival, but followed up with a courtesy call after Griff left our residence. Griff, thank you for providing outstanding customer service.

Wow! What a first class organization! I NEVER write reviews but I really wanted to this time. It started with the sales experience with Marco, who was great and explained everything about the company, the product, the warranty and everything else.
