I have been a customer since 2011 and have always received fast and professional service for my central air. The periodic preventive maintenance is affordable and does an excellent job of keeping everything running smoothly. I just recently had a new system put in and its working great. Installation was thorough, clean and neat. They are honest and always make sure you get all the discounts and proper warranty coverage. Very efficient, arrived on time and completed the re-install quickly and left the bathroom as clean as when he arrived. Was very pleasant and courteous.
We just had a routine tune-up, John J was very helpful in explaining & suggesting what we can do to improve the performance of our air conditioning. This is our first time using Unique & we were very pleased with them.
Our AC unit was not working so we called 5 different AC companies in the Ellenton/Sarasota/Palmetto area and all 5 told us we needed a new unit our unit was toast. We got one quote for 3700.00 and one for 4200.00 and 3 for 4000.00. Unique comes out and again our unit needs to be replaced and they give us an estimate of $8000.00 to give us nothing more than all the other companies offered. "Guillermo"/field tech did a good job, arrived on time and worked for two hrs, did 6 mos maintenance on both units, answered my questions, was professional and courteous .. no problems.
John J. came out to do our semi annual maintenance and as always he did a wonderful job he is a great asset to the company!!!

don't know how many times i can write the word HORRIBLE to define the service that this company offers.....we purchased a $20k daikin ac/heating system from unique services. the sales rep was SUPER STOKED about what a wonderful system daikin is and that, for our home, it would be the perfect system, it was the world's largest hvac company and gave us the most for our $$. well, its been installed now for 3 years+, we have a maintenance agreement with unique services that offers bi-annual system check ups. the system has broke... read more
