Excellent service for many years. Fine company. David W*** is an excellent service professional.
Today Unique provided the semi annual maintenance from 3 year old Trane unit. Agbor T****** provided the service. He explained each step in the cleaning process and was helpful with a few maintenance suggestions he gave me. Very happy with the prompt, efficient and thorough service delivered by Unique. I also appreciate the phone calls from Colby and Denise in setting up the appt. I give Unique a grade of 100 % Satisfaction for today's service.

I called Unique Air for a plumber as I had a blockage. They told me between 4-8pm, the next thing about half an hour went by and Brian R had arrived. He was polite, clean and very nice, he had those pipes unplugged within 15 minutes. I would ask for him again if we have any more plumbing issues.

Recently had a routine maintenance call. The tech, Agbor T******, started his review and discovered some issues I had no idea existed. His work was as thorough as it was complete. After clearly explaining the problems, he diligently solved them for most of the afternoon. This was the best tech I've ever had, from any vendor. Thank you Agbor

Knowledgeable; pleasant & courteous; explained & showed me uv bulb. Called that he was on his way( 5 hour window for me to wait; so call was appreciated).
Excellent AC installation by Jessup and Chris of Unique Services. The guys were polite and worked neatly and as quietly as possible. Their work was professional and they obviously knew what they were doing. I highly recommend Jessup and Chris if you need AC work done in your home.
