Agbor T. came to service my air conditioning last week. He was amazing. Prior to his arrival, I received multiple emails keeping me informed of his arrival time. Just had our semiannual maintenance appointment today. Ignacio was the Tech assigned to us. He was thorough in checking out equipment and addressing any issues. Very personable young man who presented a very positive image for his company.

Chris C**** from Unique Services came a few weeks back (have not had access to a computer until today), and did a small plumbing repair on two toilets in my condo. He was professional, courteous and completed both repairs in an excellent manner. I appreciated his neatness and competence.
I have been dealing with UNIQUE services for almost 4 years now, since relocating back to Fla. We first started with AC services -- then new AC unit ... next was new water heater ... on to water softener. We are pleased with ALL of them but in VERY large part that is due to our experiences with JEREMY --- he is the BEST at what he does, every single time he comes for routine maintenance under our service contract. I specifically request him each and every time and he never disappoints!!

I called approximately 10:00 for service. Operator told me between 2-6. Brian called at 2:35 and said he would be here by 3:00. He showed up on time, sized up the situation and told me what was involved. He was done at 4:15, was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything he did and tested everything before leaving for the next call.

I had a kitchen sink stoppage, and home warranty contractor indicated he could not clear stoppage without getting on the roof. Contractor asked for his $75 service fee without doing any analyses of potential fixes. I called Unique Services, and service technician (Chris C****) came within two hours. Chris indicated there were several options he had for clearing the stoppage, and immediately went under the sink and ran his equipment through the drain line, and was able to clear the stoppage fairly quickly.
