The technician that repaired my AC was very knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and repaired it quickly and efficiently. In addition, he gave me valuable information that I was not aware of and have had the unit serviced and repaired numerous times. Cudos to the tech. My problem is with the answering of phones in the main office. I was on the phone for ten minutes just waiting to talk to someone. Maybe a few extra operators?

Agbor T. from Unique Air recently serviced my air conditioner unit. I found him to be extremely pleasant, efficient and professional.
Bad experience all the way around! Had brand new HVAC system put in the entire house. 14 months later it has a problem. Charged $89 just to get them out to look (at the unit that's under warranty) then 2 weeks and $277 labor later I'm finally up and running. They need a credit card on the spot- no checks, no invoicing, not even a receipt without calling them. I wish to commend an employee not the company. I requested a emergency service call at 7PM 12/18 and was lied to by a service man, a dispatcher and a answering service. After calling many times I reached a company dispatcher at 10:30 AM the next day who got a service man to me within 2 hours. He (Dan M.) was everything you would want in a sevrice tech and took care of my problem.
