The day before I was supposed to pick up the ********************** I called the ********************** location that was given on my order summary (that I selected online). I was told they didn't have the ********************** and didn't know anything about my order - that I would have to call the 800 # which the woman that I was speaking to didn't know anymore than 1-800-UHAUL. BUYER ******!!!!! DO NOT RENT **** THIS COMPANY1!! I gave 1 star **** because I had to give something! I would give **** if possible! Unacceptable customer service and unreliable reservations! Uhaul rented us a broken car trailer. When we went to load our car on the trailer the trailer came off our hitch and damaged our vehicle. Uhaul is trying to claim trailer is fine but it is actually broke. Uhaul is refusing to pay for damages. I assume that trailer is back up for rent so beware and make sure everything you rent from them is secure because they will not pay for the damage! Hate I wasted my money on this business!

Disgusting, my mom was sick and they had put the truck on a very bad location so I had to forcefully park my car which resulted my car and my neck hurt but ******************** does not even answer my emails disgusting

Uhaul of ********** *****, ** on *************** has been the worst experience. Back nearly 4 weeks ago scheduled and brought an SUV in to have a trailer hitch installed. Was informed at the time they do not have the part and that the part would need to be ordered from a third party and shipped directly to them.Ordered the part as was instructed to. Didnt gave zero stars becuase i wasnt able but Lord have ***** on the souls that work in this place. Theyre do unprofessional and so non educated that they just cant find a way to treat people as they wanted to be treated. I felt i was at a hot corner!!Theres only one guy that shaves his head that really helps you out but the rest? ***** *****!Id ordered a hitch and witing harness installation online. Customer service and communication is zero. I had been a longtime customer of U-Haul, paying hundreds of dollars on multiple contracts over the years. Yet recently, when I went to pick up my U-Haul, which I'd reserved with no issues, I was alerted to call U-Haul because there was a problem with my reservation.
