Poor ***************** We have a contract for two **Box to ship from Woodland, ** to Antioch, TN. The scheduled delivery date was 10 December 2021. The **box's were to arrive at the warehouse NLT 9 December 2021. My wife made multiple attempts to track down the box during the transit period of 24 November through 9 December. U-Haul has no way to track the items, as they use a third party carrier. According to U-Haul, they were suppose to have end to end tracking, this is a false claim. Do not hire Moving Help of U-Haul. They are fraud. They do not show up, do not provide services and do not refund money. I hired Moving help to unload U-Haul truck. They did not show up. When I called them, they told me to cancel the services. I had to hire another moving services. Had to take another day off. Paid premium for emergency services. Paid one addition day rent of the U-Haul truck. Moving Help will not refund my money. They told me to contact the movers. Movers told me that Moving Help did not pay them money. Mov... read more

The worst company on the planet,inhuman customer service and *****.I explained to them that i had an accident and i am temporary disabled can't work and don't even have money for food it took like two days to wait for manager to call me cause i was late and they were charging me fees on top and threatened me they will: We hereby make immediate demand for full payment in the amount of $150.13. Uhaul has terrible customer service. Gave my son a trail ND when he got home found a nasty couch and chair in side. Then told him he would have to dispose of it and only give him a 50$ rebate. It would cost much more than that! He spent a $1000. to rent the uhaul and is now left with a problem!Customer service is terrible and of no help!

Up until I returned my 2 empty boxes I was satisfied HOWEVER, right after they were taken away the driver called me and insisted i give him my credit card # for the fee of 300+tax. I was given no **** or explanation for this outrageous charge.I have called uhaul several time and chatted on the internet with them and have gotten no resolution to this. I rented a U-Haul from here about 6 months ago from Santa ******. I purchased insurance just in case. Everything went smooth regarding my move. Returned the U-Haul van and it got inspected when returned and they told me everything is fine. A few months later they mailed me a **** of over $1500 that I damaged the mom's attic part which is not covered by insurance. My wife and I recently moved from one state to another due to COVID and my company allowing remote work. So, we opted to use U-Haul for our move. Online, we selected a one-way destination and was presented an option for a 9 ft van. We reserved that booking. We pick up the van and we were given instructions to return the van with a full gas tank at a specific out-of-state location. U-Haul nightmare ** Beware of U-Haul false reservation & promises**. I reserved a U-Haul car transporter from U-Haul website Nov. 13 2021. I traveled from South Carolina and was planning on picking up the car transporter on 11/27/21 from local U-Haul dealer in *************** (one way). U-Haul is a garbage company. Twice now I have had U-Haul make major changes to my reservation without my consent. The first time, they tried to change my return location to one 30 minutes farther away than the return location I selected when I made the booking. Now, I have pulled up to the location where I was to pick up my truck, only to get a notification from the app that I am in the wrong location because they changed my pickup location without even alerting me, let alone confirming I am ok with the change.
