Giving UHaul a one star is too many, U Haul has the WORST customer service. Please do not rent anything from them. I reserved a trailer a month ago to move our son down south (12 hours away) got a text day before with location to pick ** in our local city. An hour after that text another text came with location changed to a city three hours north of us for pick up the next day which was not convenient as we were loading up the next day to drive 12 hours south to take our son to school.
