Order #******** I rented this vehicle in ******* **, moving to *******. I should have known that there would be a problem because an elderly man was in there upset about extra charges. I requested a four hour rental and the U-Haul agent informed me that since they are closing soon, I could return it the next day before 4pm at ANY LOCATION. I reserved a truck months ago for August ***************************************************************************************************************** is on 27th. We are moving to a different province and we have reserved movers who will help us load the truck here in ******** and in ****** **. We have also booked a hotel for the night of the 27th. This has brought us tremendous stress and is not acceptable. If ever, there would be an issue we should have been advised long before so we have time. With this short notice, ... read more

I booked my truck rental 6 months in advance so I could get my pick up location. Instead they moved it the day before to the most difficult location for me to get to and to get the truck and then I have to drive thru traffic and construction. It's a nightmare of a location and they could do nothing to fix it. It was the only truck they could find. Very frustrating. Thanks for adding extra stress to an already stressful move.

I booked my truck rental 6 months in advance so I could get my pick up location.
