I picked up a truck to use for my move to ********. Upon leaving, I noticed that most of the oil was on the ground, so I asked roadside assistance for help. I called multiple (20) times, and I was given an estimated arrival time of 120 minutes each time. My first call was around 7:30 pm PDT. During one of my many calls, roadside assistance told me that a tech had already come by. They didn't. Terrible I checked in on line 3 weeks ago was charged and now 3 weeks later they charged me again. I called and had to stay on hold for ************************************************************** 3 business days and then god only knows when Ill get my money back. This should not have been an issue. I will never rent from them again.

They changed our guaranteed reservation location and size of vehicle less than 24 hours before pick up time. Not only did they change the location, it was like a half hour further away. And we were guaranteed a 15' truck and they switched it to a 26' truck. We told them we needed smaller and closer and they told us that we had to take that truck or cancel. We cancelled. Just overall a very poor experience. We will use Penske from now on. They broke a guaranteed contract.

This charge is UNACCEPTABLE and nearly DOUBLE THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT I WAS QUOTED.I decided to rent this truck with the assumption it would be cheaper to move the furniture myself rather than hire someone. It turns out the charge was MORE, AND I had to do the heavy lifting myself. Your fees are extremely misleading, which makes it impossible for the consumer to make well informed decisions. I believe I was over charged for this rental truck for ******. I called for two weeks on way I was charged so high but no answer. Today I was on hold for 33 minutes to be hang up on before answering my question that I was charged 30 dollars more and the first U-Haul business was so disrespectful so I didn't use his business but this business on ************************ is over charging for miles when truck was sitting overnight without driving until morning of use.

If I could give them zero, or even negative stars, I would. We used U-Haul to move from Missouri to Oregon and it was the biggest hassle Ive ever experienced. Not only did their road side assistance have over a 3 hour wait time with no one even answering or calling us back until the next day, but their trailer damaged my car due to it being put on by the company improperly. We ended up having to buy TWO trailers as one got damaged in the drive, again by being hooked up incorrectly, and we were not reimbursed for either the s... read more
