I booked a 10' Truck with U-Haul Dealer, located at ******************************************************* 1 month ahead before moving but they cancelled my reservation without telling me. I found out it accidentally 7 hours prior to getting U-Haul. Bait and switch. Booked a truck and trailor pick up two miles from my house. Last minute they told me I had to drive 40 minutes to pick up the truck and go to a different city to pick up the trailor

I'd give less than 1 but I can't figure out how to do that. Rented a storage locker with them. 32 days later the locker and 2 others with a 3rd attempt. Over 20k of losses later I receive notice that says they are not responsible for the losses. Refused to refund my rental fees. Won't return my calls. It really appeared to be an inside job. Renter beware.

No way this location be that bad, right?.... WRONG!! I reserved a 3 day 5x9 trailer with ramp rental on Aug 24th. I returned it late on Aug 27th after closing because I got caught in ******* traffic on the trip back.The return lane had too many trucks/trailers already in line so I pulled to the side and dropped the trailer off. I tried to check it in using the app but the UHaul mobile app was not working so I left it and called the next morning and INFORMED THEM and they STILL didn't check for the trailer in! Now I fully exp... read more
