I had a bad experience with UHaul. My husband picked up the truck he checked the outside of it with no problems. He drove my stuff down to ** and then back to CT. He dropped it off and we thought that was it. They ended up charging our credit card an extra $400 without telling us anything. we called them up and they said that there was a hole in the roof and the truck is undriveable. We had no idea there was a hole and it rained the whole week. We wanted to see this hole but they would not let us. How suspicious is this???? ... read more

I booked a 10' Truck with U-Haul Dealer, located at ******************************************************* 1 month ahead before moving but they cancelled my reservation without telling me. I found out it accidentally 7 hours prior to getting U-Haul. The reservation office offered me a bigger truck but because I don't have any experience driving ********************************************************************************************** extra 140 kms and and pay another $70 for a train ticket.
