Reserved a truck March 4th at ************************************************* for April 29, 2022 at 9am. On April 28, 2022 at 4:33pm, I received an email stating that my truck was cancelled which was only 16 hrs before our move. We called them at least 6 times and as soon as we told them they cancelled our truck they would hang up on us. They are lucky their office was closing at 5pm because we would of showed up at the uhaul. Rented a truck for 8:30 a.m. at a location oh, I've been waiting here for an hour now. Apparently they're dealers do not get notified when their trucks are being rented so that they can be available for the keys. Also they do not want to live up to their $50 promise that if the truck is unavailable you will get $50! Very bad business. Tried to call customer service multiple times and got nowhere. Now they say that the lady is on the way but she has to clean out the truck still? Really? This is how you do business?

This location, while clean and safe, has some serious issues they need to address. In January 2021, the manager at the time emptied my unit at the facility after I told her I had to quarantine; my payment was not late. Early in the morning, she called me yelling at me for not moving out of my unit. Their contract states that I am allowed to stay in my unit unless a certain amount of time passes with non payment. This has been the worst experience I have had with any company. They appeared to retaliate against me when they breached the contract and I pointed it out. I was able to login and pay my storage rent online for the first two months. After that, when I would login to pay the site told me I had no rent due. I know this wasn't true because they gladly accepted payment over the phone or via check through snail-mail. I have used this Uhaul location vor over forty years. However, I made Hitch and Electrical Harness purchase through Uhaul.com.After waiting 3 week for the install appointment, the day of the install, and when we got onsite, I was told the Electrical Harness was not onsite. They said they would order the Electrical Harness from **** and have it the next day. Two week later Uhaul does not have the harness, and has not followed up with the install or even keeping additional appointments.*******************
