I have never in all my 52 years written a review, good or bad. But I looked up how to do it because the I felt so strongly about how I've been mishandled. I don't even expect your company to do right by me, this is just me venting because the big, million (at least) dollar company always wins, right? From hidden fees, to not being able to find my U-Box...whaat? It took a rep over 30 minutes to find it because it had never been checked in (whatever that means) after 3 months in your possession.
