They provided the locks. I moved my items in two units in April of 2023 and that was the last time I entered the units. I have never in all my 52 years written a review, good or bad. But I looked up how to do it because the I felt so strongly about how I've been mishandled. I don't even expect your company to do right by me, this is just me venting because the big, million (at least) dollar company always wins, right?
