I would like to believe that if Uhaul was a ******** owned company it would have better service for *********. Uhaul punishes people who live in smaller communities by keeping the larger trucks in bigger cities and if someone in a smaller town wants to rent a larger truck, they have to go pick it up themselves and pay the extra mileage from the bigger city. Even with three weeks notice no one from Uhaul can go pick it up and bring it to you for your convenience. Terrible customer service and a very underhanded way to **** mo... read more
