Uhaul somehow shipped my Ubox to the wrong state based on the previous customer contract before me. So I was promised an arrival date of 7/1/22 to my City and State. On 6/30/22, I found out it was accidentally shipped across the country. I was then told I would then receive it **** days later. It is now 7/11/22, and my box is still sitting in a warehouse across the country with no ETA of when it will ship. UHaul is the absolute worst company to move with. They messed up from the first moment by renting my truck to someone else and because UHaul subs contracts most of the rentals, nothing can be done. Luckily the place I was originally supposed to rent a 15 ft truck from (that Uhaul put at a different location and approved the rental to someone else in breach of the contract with me) found a 10ft truck for the next day and held my car dolly reservation over. My ubox is a month late. I called uhaul over and over and over for weeks to find out what was going on. Nobody was helping. They were all giving me different answers or hanging up the phone. Finally at week three that it was past due, I got a call saying they lost my ubox at the facility and needed to get a description from me to know what it looked like. Took my credit card info, guaranteed me my trailer, 3 hrs. before I pick up, they called to say no trailer and no options. They lie. They will never refuse a reservation, they could care less about the customers and how they leave them stranded There should be some kind of fines for companies like this

I rented a 15' truck for 24 hours from one location and was sent a message that the truck needed to be picked up from another. When I went to the 2nd location to pick it up, I was told I needed a lockbox code to get the key to the truck. U-Haul on-line never sent me a code. The manager at the site had the code but he was not available and no one else in the Kwik-Stop had it. Today I went to pick up my uhaul only for them to tell me that they didn't have my uhaul at the specified location. My move in date is ruined and I was offered no solutions towards their mistake. Uhaul is an awful company and I recommend you go with any other business because Uhaul has no regards for their customers or their lives. An absolutely pathetic company, never use their services.

Really bad experiences, not just once but multiple, after the last problem with them, there is no way I'll use them again, horrible service, and issues with trucks, there isn't really anything to add here as the previous reviews tells it all, and I agree with everything there.
