I had made reservations for yesterday 7A-7P in 110 US 1 ******* **. Yesterday, a rep had to change my reservations because the truck I rented didn't have a ramp. BUYER BEWARE AT UHAUL MILFORD PARKWAY:$7,000 DAMAGE to my Land Rover over a trailer hitch and treated me like a second class citizen the day of my visit?They caused $3,500 to my ignition cylinder by ripping the key out after I showed the tech two times how to insert and remove my key.Couple that with $3,500 damage done to the electrical system because he didn't know how to wire the electric harness correctly and blew my electric system up.UHaul would not cover the damage so my insurance company covered it and is arbitrating ... read more

I was almost. in a major collision when my brakes failed me upon leaving Uhaul in *********. They nicked the brake line when trying to fit a bolt. Brake fluid totally drained out within a matter of minutes. Numerous call to ********* manager have not been returned. We have pictures and testimonies etc .

I have a contract stating that they were to deliver the ubox on 4/17. I signed the contract on 3/7. Turns out they don't deliver on Monday or Tuesday. I called and the reservation department assured me they'd get delivered today. And now they won't be here till 4/19. Completely unacceptable. They made zero attempts to correct this issue. I'll dispute the charge on my credit card

don't rent a storage unit from U-Haul they rip people off I had a storage unit there I just cleaned it out yesterday and I payed my rent for the month of April and I was not expecting to find a place to live but I did and they refuse to give me any of my money back but the paperwork I signed states that rent is payed in advance is considered prepared rent and will be refunded upon vacating U-Haul has so many bad complaints don't wast your money

If you rent from U-Haul beware that if you provide them with a return time, or use time in hours, and you're one minute over that time U-Haul hits you for another day. For example: rent a truck for 2hrs and you return it 2hrs 1min, you will be charged for 2 days. Always always say you're keeping the truck for 24hrs. That's what you're paying. You can always return it sooner without a penalty...until, of course, U-Haul figures out they can hit you on an early return.,

I reserved a truck on March 7th for April 1st. When I arrived at the facility I was met with cursing and hostility and they gave my reservation to someone else. I was credited $50 for my reservation being cancelled (which was fine) I wanted to talk to the store manager about the treatment I received but he was even worst and he hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional U-Haul facility I have ever been too, the two young ladies who work there are absolutely horrible for cursing at the customers and the manager there need... read more

I made a reservation at this location a week ago and the only time available was 7am today. I called this location a couple of days ago and **** walked me through how the process would work.I showed up this morning at 7am, but an employee explained to me that Uhaul has an issue in their reservation system that allows locations to accept reservations even when timeslots are closed off. They said I would have to try another location and that location didn't have availabilty for another two days.I would not recommend relying on... read more

Was helping a ***** move this weekend and we had reserved a Uhaul for 11am on Saturday. Picked up the truck and were told were all good to go! Once getting the truck home to start packing we realized there was a lock on the back of the truck and no key for it to our knowledge. We called Uhaul to see about the key, and if it was in the vehicle somewhere. No answer. Called the corporate line next.
