Yes they fix on time. That’s the most important thing about living in this building that That’s why I liked the environment living to this place. Verified Renter Peaceful and friendly neighborhood that is close to 170 intersection. Great location, close to local stores (Costco), restaurants, and Galleria Mall. Wonderful area to take a walk or run. Staff always friendly and respectful. Leasing prices are reasonable.

Bad place to live honestly i thought the people giving these reviews were just being dramatic but oh my gosh I can see why the reviews are so terrible. If I could give 0 stars I really would. The price is great and the apartment isn't bad but after 3 months of being here, I'm getting out. I in the little months I've been here have dealt with, bugs-ants, water leaking many times, mold, my hot water going out. Verified Renter Multiple problems with my unit with maintenance issues when I moved in. Currently have had issued with bug in my unit. The staff has been helpful for the most part. The area/neighborhood is nice and is close by lots of restaurants and stores.

Don’t be fooled Wish I could give it zero stars! Don’t move in here. My son tried to move in two weeks ago and still can’t live there because the AC hasn’t worked from day 1. Temps are in the 90’s inside apartment and no one will fix it. Finally admitted it needs a new unit but no one will call and update us and when we call they just say they’re waiting on approval.
