Verified Renter Apartments are nice but maintenance is hit or miss (sometimes things are marked completed without getting fixed) and apartment never really gives adequate notice before entering for any reason. Lawn work sometimes happens multiple times a week for about 7 hours at a time in what sounds like the same area and it gets to be a lot of noise. Worst part is parking lots do not have adequate space and are not maintained at all, often full of garbage and concrete cracked and broken into pieces.

Verified Renter My resident experience was very smooth. The staff was very patient with me and any questions that I had they had no problem answering them. Dustin made the process more comfortable for me and because I'm from out of town it meant a lot.
