Verified Renter Since I have moved in on September 22,23, I have had the best experience. It’s quiet here. No one bothers me, I can sleep through the day without being interrupted. The office staff and maintenance are absolutely wonderful. If ever asked I would one hundred percent recommend Renew to anyone.

Verified Renter I have been living here for three years and I would rate it 3 stars because it’s not the best price but it’s a decent area to live in. I love the way our property looks (outside) great in all four seasons. One reason I took a star away is because of the amenities are unavailable for long periods of time. That’s inconvenient for the residents. Another reason I took another star is because of rent increasing every time I renew my lease when I pay my rent on time every month. That’s very frustrating.

Verified Renter Terrible property. Staff and grounds are a disaster. Would never recommend living here but great location. Still waiting for parking lots to be paved. An email was sent out but the only lot was paved was the one in front of the leasing office I guess to keep up the appearance for new tenants. On the back side loose gravel and pot holes everywhere

Verified Renter move in process was okay. didn’t have a showing of the apartment so i was kind of disappointed when walking in, paint all over floors , floorboards coming up. shower not caulked. and many more , but the leasing office is filled with smiles and very nice women!
