Verified Renter Peaceful and friendly neighborhood that is close to 170 intersection. Great location, close to local stores (Costco), restaurants, and Galleria Mall. Wonderful area to take a walk or run. Staff always friendly and respectful. Leasing prices are reasonable.

Bad place to live honestly i thought the people giving these reviews were just being dramatic but oh my gosh I can see why the reviews are so terrible. If I could give 0 stars I really would. The price is great and the apartment isn't bad but after 3 months of being here, I'm getting out. I in the little months I've been here have dealt with, bugs-ants, water leaking many times, mold, my hot water going out. I have been waiting a whole month to get my water heater replaced that I have to go elsewhere to shower, and maintenan... read more

Verified Renter Multiple problems with my unit with maintenance issues when I moved in. Currently have had issued with bug in my unit. The staff has been helpful for the most part. The area/neighborhood is nice and is close by lots of restaurants and stores.
