Verified Renter Nice and quiet so far!! It’s only been a month but it’s exactly what I expected when deciding to move here!!! The grounds are nice and the seat is friendly

Verified Renter Move in was great. The few minor things that were wrong(such as an unpainted door) were addressed before I even noticed and already scheduled to be fixed.

Verified Renter move in process was okay. didn’t have a showing of the apartment so i was kind of disappointed when walking in, paint all over floors , floorboards coming up. shower not caulked. and many more , but the leasing office is filled with smiles and very nice women!

Verified Renter It is nice and quiet most of the time. The community has nice and clean amenities for the residents to enjoy. A great perk to staying in this community is having the expressway is at my front door. My neighbors are very welcoming with warming spirits. I Love It Here!

Verified Renter It’s been nothing short of comfortable peaceful and homely. The community within itself is quiet for the most part. Very pet friendly and the neighbors either keep to themselves or show friendly.

Verified Renter I have been here for a number of years. The staff is professional and courteous. They really keep property clean, cut, and snow removal in winter. Still have some issues not resolved but overall 80 % satisfied. Hope not another rent increase next year.

Verified Renter The experience here at Renew Centennial has been so warm and welcoming! The staff (Dawn, Alicyn, Dustin and Leona) are so kind and understanding. The communication is prompt and quick; and they are HONEST which is rare with rental properties nowadays. The units here are very close together and the walls echo. You do hear people come and go with the main door, but you do get used to it. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and very responsive to work orders. Everyone here is so kind.
