Verified Renter I personally wouldn't live here again. Apartments are not noise proof. Amenities and units could use an upgrade. Only plus is it's in a great location.

Verified Renter Very peaceful and pleasant environment. Friendly community and respectful and professional staff. On site laundry facility and pool. Great place for anyone who likes to be near the highway, restaurants, Galleria mall, supermarket, and local businesses.

Verified Renter Not a good move in experience ac was not get cold enough Stopper was not sealed to the tub. Cabinets, medicine cabinet was dirty all this happened on first move in and now waiting for Maintenance to fix it. 2 days since my movie, this will be the 3rd day waiting for maintenance.

Verified Renter I have been here several years and overall enjoy living here. The only thing that has changed is large rent increases last 2 years. Maintenance is good just need more staff but responds quickly to at least assess issues but most wait is for parts Staff very professional and courteous . Property kept very clean outside kept up summer and winter.
