Verified Renter I love living here! It’s very quiet and I love the atmosphere. The workers are very nice and always there when you need them. There’s also a gym, which is a plus.
Verified Renter Horrible move in experience. I did not have hot water,my tub would not drain, and leaves and dirt get into my unit from the backdoor because the bottom is not sealed. The backdoor also does not shut properly and always looks open. The front door has damage to it and does not properly lock or unlock which is very DANGEROUS!! My key gets stuck every single day and this is a safety issue! My doors do not close and my windows barely open because they are stuck. The new stove is impossible to use. Verified Renter Quiet community with plenty to do nearby. Older buildings, which does show inside the apartment. Also, pretty spacious for the pricing. Very good choice for a short term move or first apartment.

Management has gone through so many changes which I can’t fully blame them for, but I can fully blame them for not responding to any emails or calls for the first 8 months we were here. If you need to get something done, you have to go down to the office and even when you do, it’s likely who you need to talk to isn’t there. Verified Renter It has been great, but there have been little damages in the apartment that take a long time to get fix. And there is a lot of noise from the neighbors (e.g. slamming doors, yelling all the time,etc).
