Verified Renter Maintenance took a full month to fix a leak (talking standing water on the floor) after being told it would be done “in a couple days” about 4 times. Also never received the $500 gift card we were told was a move in bonus.

Verified Renter Peaceful neighborhood. Near the highway and centered near many new shopping options in University City, Olivette, and Ladue. The management does its best to take care the needs of the facilities.

Verified Renter The perfect distance from everywhere I frequent. I never really got to use the pool because it was only open during office hours. The walls look nasty because maintenance took forever to address a leak. The office staff are pretty friendly though.

Verified Renter It’s a good area. For the most part you get lucky having good neighbors. Everyone is generally quiet. Only thing that kind of sucks is maintenance requests take a long time and usually take having to submit twice for the problem to actually be fixed. As long as there isn’t something wrong it’s a great place to be.

Verified Renter so far so good, they didn’t put us into a place that failed inspection which was nice!! definitely a landlords special lol, but for the amount i pay monthly i’ll take it. maintenance is definitely short staffed but they do respond quickly to our requests. if you need a first temporary apartment, it definitely does the job!

Verified Renter Quiet nice area to stay in lots of things to do and everything is close by. From the Clayton area to Delmar loop as well as schnucks and Costco. Only complaint is that maintenance can take a bit of time but they due their best when available. Other than I enjoy it here. Its truly become home.
