Verified Renter The apartment is ok. But we have a lot of things that are broken or don't work on our apartment and we just moved in. I like the courtyards and bark park and I feel safe here.

Verified Renter 0 stars!I’ve been contacting the office for weeks concerning the damage on walls and cabinets from leaks to ceiling fan/ light being out. Nothing has been repaired!!! This past year has been terrible since new management has taken over.

Verified Renter My experience with ReNew has been nothing but issues . I could give them zero stars , I would . The apartment community is beautiful. The management team is trash . They take no accountability. Since I’ve started my lease they have been nothing but an headache. I personally wouldn’t move here if you have better options to choice from . Save your self the headache .

Verified Renter This property is so dirty. The trash is overflowing day after day. Dog poop everywhere. The neighbors are so loud and there is no action on noise complaints. The current maintenance staff does not make me feel comfortable letting them into my apartment. The worst experience
