Verified Renter The community is nice. Move-in was simple and easy and I have yet to run into any sort of problem. The doors are the only issue I've encountered, as they are difficult to close all the way and the resulting slam makes a lot of noise. Overall pleasant experience.

Verified Renter Squirrels keep chewing through my dishwasher cable and water leaks from my sink all the time. It's a nice quiet area but it's just too many squirrels

Verified Renter Great location. Perfect distance from just about anything. Neighbors are all friendly and keep to themselves. The yard is usually maintained well and trash is generally picked up. The biggest issue is pet waste not being picked up. However there are tons of pet waste stations and bags available all over which is great.

Verified Renter Great location for STL zoo, art museum, history museum, Forest Park & local eateries. Decently quiet & neighbors are pleasant. Supposed to be non smoking but rarely enforced - tends to smell in the neighborhood & trash is a constant problem.
