Worst apartment choice ever Worst management, worst maintenance, worst experience. I am so passionate about NOT living here that I took time out of my Friday afternoon to write this. Service workers can take weeks to respond to your requests. The floors and ceilings are tacky and dull. Could probably be scraped to pieces with a tool. Please please please do yourself a favor and find ANYWHERE ELSE to live.
Professionalism I recently applied and toured Trilogy Apartments , Kenny was very professional on his part and gave me an amazing tour of the property . the whole staff was wonderful i had a great tour experience and love the apartment and the neighborhood was nice and very quiet , i would recommend these apartments to whoever is planning to move .
The Worst Move-In Experience Only gave it a 1 star because I had to. This is our first Apartment and our experience has been a complete nightmare. Only moved in for the location and cannot wait until my lease is up so we can leave. Do not rent here unless you have to!
Awful We moved out over a month ago and are still being charged. I call the office team multiple times a week and never get an answer. Very unprofessional
Great apartment The Trilogy apartments are very clean and a very safe environment. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Shout out to April for being amazing!!
Good-value St. Louis Living The apartment buildings are situated right along the famous Delmar Boulevard, just a couple miles from the loop. Grocery stores and corner pharmacies are nearby. The amenities are very good as well. The gym recently got new equipment and there is an on-site laundromat. There have been some appliances that needed repair (our heater had a gas leak) but the facilities and maintenance folk are very good at their job and respond promptly to any need. Other than location, nothing really positive. I lived at the trilogy apartments for almost two years before my spouse and I moved. First the good. The location of the Trilogy Apartments is fantastic. You are minutes from I-170, Creve Coeur, The Delmar Loop, and Ladue. It is perfect for young professionals, college students, and families because of this. Poor Construction, Poor Management I have been a resident of Trilogy Apartments for almost four years. Before you decide to live in these apartments, please be aware: 1. These apartments are poorly insulated and while the units may have recently "been remodeled" these improvements have done little to address the noise, in fact it's made it worse. Triology I have been living in the trilogy apartments for two years, that's the best decision I ever made,the customer service is very nice, and helpful, whenever I Need something fixed, they get to it quickly, the area is so nice and peaceful and safe.
