Verified Renter This is a quiet community with good security. University City keeps this area well patrolled. The community also has friendly neighbors. Only con is the laundry facility is not always the best kept. But than that it is an ok living environment
Horrible Where it even start! The apartments are old and out dated! They show you a updated unit but give you an old one! They do nothing if you file a complaint! DO NOT MOVE HERE

Horrible HORRIBLE DONT DO IT!!!! The living conditions are so terrible and disgusting. Please think twice about moving here. They don’t care, everything is revolved around an up charge for things apartment complexes should naturally take care of. This was the worst mistake of my life!!! New management is just as worse as the old management. Also over priced apartments with horrible amenities.

Miscommunication between Manager and tenants I currently reside here and the leasing and property managers have made things so difficult to continue living here, it's driving me away from here! Communication is terrible! They do not tell you anything until it's the last minute and expect you to be ready when they are. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

On multiple occasions, you expressed interest in transferring to a larger apartment home. My team tried to work with you on setting your scheduled inspection and I personally laid out what the inspection would entail and what it was we would be looking for. Worst apartment choice ever Worst management, worst maintenance, worst experience. I am so passionate about NOT living here that I took time out of my Friday afternoon to write this. Service workers can take weeks to respond to your requests. The floors and ceilings are tacky and dull. Could probably be scraped to pieces with a tool. Please please please do yourself a favor and find ANYWHERE ELSE to live.
Professionalism I recently applied and toured Trilogy Apartments , Kenny was very professional on his part and gave me an amazing tour of the property . the whole staff was wonderful i had a great tour experience and love the apartment and the neighborhood was nice and very quiet , i would recommend these apartments to whoever is planning to move .
The Worst Move-In Experience Only gave it a 1 star because I had to. This is our first Apartment and our experience has been a complete nightmare. Only moved in for the location and cannot wait until my lease is up so we can leave. Do not rent here unless you have to!
Awful We moved out over a month ago and are still being charged. I call the office team multiple times a week and never get an answer. Very unprofessional
