Verified Renter leasing office never answers the phone and never give me updates on anything when it comes to maintenance. i’ve had no ac for the past week and a half and they have only come once to look at it. never heard back and they havnt answered the phone at all. i’ve called over 20 times. this is also the 6th time since i moved in which was 4 months ago, that my ac has stopped working.

Poor management Poor management. Went a month without a stove, over a month without AC in 80-90 degree weather (and still waiting on that AC). I have cockroaches that they won’t do anything about, have cabinet doors falling off. Don’t even bother trying to get into contact with them about anything- they won’t answer the phone and sure as heck won’t call you back!

Verified Renter MOLD AND MUSHROOMS ?? I hate this place!!! I've been here for 8 months and for 6 months my dishwasher hasn't worked and my sink doesn't hold water. Everytime I do dishes I have a puddle of water I have to mop up. I have MUSHRROMS AND MOLD GROWING BEHIND MY DISHWASGER AND UNDER MY SINK! And the staff don't care I've been calling for months. DO NOT RENT??

Verified Renter Living here has been fine. The price is decent for the neighborhood. There’s constant yard work usually starting at 7am that doesn’t stop all day long. Maintenance requests you’re going to have to wait a month or more. When you reach out to the office or stop in they generally act like you’re bothering them or won’t answer phone calls at all. It’s a cute area with a good school district.

Verified Renter Moving in was extremely smooth. I felt very welcomed by all the women in the leasing office. My consultant Lynasia was the best! I love everything about my apartment. It's beautiful, clean and quite. Only issue I would say is maintenance isn't that great. I've been in my apartment for nearly a month and I still haven't gotten the blinds fixed or locks placed on my windows. But other than that great.

Verified Renter When i was approved and signed the lease i was happy to be moving here. It is a beautiful and quiet community. When i viewed this unit there were things not completed that i was assured would be. Like a new carpet in the bedroom, cleaning the floors and kitchen. I have not been able to figure out how to change the password on the resident portal and have to do a password reset everytime i want to use it. Verified Renter Have been here a year, cand can’t complain about too much. The things I can complain about are the fact that the office will never answer your phone call, plan to have to go in to speak to anyone. Maintenance w staff is always changing, so if you put in a request it gets lost and forgotten about. And the pool is only open for a very very short time, however the pool itself is nice, looks clean and has crystal clear water.

Verified Renter Just moved in and the community is lovely. Staff has been accommodating and great to work with. Able to walk to two Pokestops and a Gym if you are still playing Pokemon Go.
