Verified Renter Very great community love the laundromat the weight room vending machine the carpet in the apartment is smooth the neighbors are very very nice

Verified Renter I love the neighborhood I live in. I feel safe walking my children to the park, going to the pool and even doing laundry late at night/early in the morning. I do wish we had a playground on the property near the dog park.

Verified Renter The worst experience ever.i moved in 3 weeks ago my stove was not working and took over a week to get a new one they brought the new one I’ve had 3 leaks from that stove so I’ve been without gas as well as hot water. They did not accommodate me as far as a temporary place for my children and I a place to stay. And that was the manager at that. Definitely reported them to everyone possible

Verified Renter Nice neighborhood, but getting maintenance done in the apartment takes from several weeks to even several month. Especially, during hot days in the summer central air conditioning unit is not functioning properly. With the raise in the price of living here, something needs to take place to take care of the needs of the units.

Verified Renter Everything at renew centennial is wonderful. They management people are really helpful and keep in touch with the residents. Every other possible way. Even though fixes take couple of days , they follow up with issue until its fixed. Hoping we get our new washers and dryers attached soon

Verified Renter leasing office never answers the phone and never give me updates on anything when it comes to maintenance. i’ve had no ac for the past week and a half and they have only come once to look at it. never heard back and they havnt answered the phone at all. i’ve called over 20 times. this is also the 6th time since i moved in which was 4 months ago, that my ac has stopped working.

Poor management Poor management. Went a month without a stove, over a month without AC in 80-90 degree weather (and still waiting on that AC). I have cockroaches that they won’t do anything about, have cabinet doors falling off. Don’t even bother trying to get into contact with them about anything- they won’t answer the phone and sure as heck won’t call you back!

Verified Renter MOLD AND MUSHROOMS ?? I hate this place!!! I've been here for 8 months and for 6 months my dishwasher hasn't worked and my sink doesn't hold water. Everytime I do dishes I have a puddle of water I have to mop up. I have MUSHRROMS AND MOLD GROWING BEHIND MY DISHWASGER AND UNDER MY SINK! And the staff don't care I've been calling for months. DO NOT RENT??
