Verified Renter First month here and everything is going down hill. Appliances are not working. Ac is leaking in my hall way and maintenance won’t come til weeks later

Verified Renter Our neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is good however the staff does not do thing that are needed to be done at a reasonable rate. We didn’t have electric for a week and a half and didn’t have ac for the three months after we moved in.
