Verified Renter Living here has been fine. The price is decent for the neighborhood. There’s constant yard work usually starting at 7am that doesn’t stop all day long. Maintenance requests you’re going to have to wait a month or more. When you reach out to the office or stop in they generally act like you’re bothering them or won’t answer phone calls at all. It’s a cute area with a good school district.

Verified Renter Moving in was extremely smooth. I felt very welcomed by all the women in the leasing office. My consultant Lynasia was the best! I love everything about my apartment. It's beautiful, clean and quite. Only issue I would say is maintenance isn't that great. I've been in my apartment for nearly a month and I still haven't gotten the blinds fixed or locks placed on my windows. But other than that great.

When i viewed this unit there were things not completed that i was assured would be. Like a new carpet in the bedroom, cleaning the floors and kitchen. I have not been able to figure out how to change the password on the resident portal and have to do a password reset everytime i want to use it. Verified Renter Have been here a year, cand can’t complain about too much. The things I can complain about are the fact that the office will never answer your phone call, plan to have to go in to speak to anyone. Maintenance w staff is always changing, so if you put in a request it gets lost and forgotten about. And the pool is only open for a very very short time, however the pool itself is nice, looks clean and has crystal clear water.

Verified Renter The day I moved into my apartment the apartment wasn’t cleaned up for us to move in. The refrigerator was very dirty and the sink and stove needed cleaned as well as the bathroom.The shower was the only clean thing out the bathroom. I will say the groundskeepers are doing a great job of keeping everything clean outside including our dumpster areas. It looks really nice!!!!

Verified Renter I have lived at Renew for a few years. For the most part it has been a pleasant experience. There seems to be a rent increase each yearly. The property is secure and kept clean. The residents are friendly and staff is courteous and professional. My only negative comment is there is less maintenance personnel which previous experience was very timely.
