Verified Renter It’s been a slight roller coaster since moving in. Overall I’m satisfied enough with the apartment. Inspection didn’t seem thorough as there were quite a few issues upon moving in (leaks, damages, broken doors, no mailbox key, etc). Maintenance has been working to fix these issues so hopefully all will be done soon. The newest office manager has stepped up tremendously and has actually provided feedback with actions. So, I’m very appreciative of her and the teams efforts.

Verified Renter My experience with new management has been great. Although my neighbors are loud and continues to have the hallways smell like cats it honestly the worst part to me. This will be the only reason I may think about exploring other options.

Verified Renter Where do I start. The apartments are old an outdated. Falling apart. They show you an updated one and then put you in one that is horrible. When you try and get stuff fixed it takes forever and the management is rude about it. Took them 11 days to fix my waterheater. They illegally turned my water off. When the guy came and fixed it he broke more stuff including stuff I own. He used my hoodie to clean up rust water and left my apartment a mess. Verified Renter The community is nice. Move-in was simple and easy and I have yet to run into any sort of problem. The doors are the only issue I've encountered, as they are difficult to close all the way and the resulting slam makes a lot of noise. Overall pleasant experience.

Verified Renter Squirrels keep chewing through my dishwasher cable and water leaks from my sink all the time. It's a nice quiet area but it's just too many squirrels

Verified Renter Great location. Perfect distance from just about anything. Neighbors are all friendly and keep to themselves. The yard is usually maintained well and trash is generally picked up. The biggest issue is pet waste not being picked up. However there are tons of pet waste stations and bags available all over which is great.

Verified Renter Great location for STL zoo, art museum, history museum, Forest Park & local eateries. Decently quiet & neighbors are pleasant. Supposed to be non smoking but rarely enforced - tends to smell in the neighborhood & trash is a constant problem.
