Verified Renter Not a good move in experience ac was not get cold enough Stopper was not sealed to the tub. Cabinets, medicine cabinet was dirty all this happened on first move in and now waiting for Maintenance to fix it. 2 days since my movie, this will be the 3rd day waiting for maintenance.

Verified Renter I have been here several years and overall enjoy living here. The only thing that has changed is large rent increases last 2 years. Maintenance is good just need more staff but responds quickly to at least assess issues but most wait is for parts Staff very professional and courteous . Property kept very clean outside kept up summer and winter.

Verified Renter My resident experience has been okay. When I first moved in there was SUCH a hassle and the unit was not Move-In ready as the employee at the leasing office was trying to debate about. Afterwards things got handled and maintenance comes quick when there is an issue. Communication/returning calls and emails are not good, you need to visit personally.

Verified Renter It has been good. Nice neighborhood and very quiet. Good for my children to go outside and play. I'm very comfortable in my unit and the staff is very nice

Verified Renter My move in date was pushed back there was multiple things wrong in the unit that still isn’t fixed the sewer was backed up and damaged my carpet they claimed someone came to clean it and still wasn’t clean. Called and harassed about 10.95 for rental insurance while my apartment smelled of sewer water

Verified Renter Only the location is good being off of 170. The condition of the unit and appliances such as HVAC are poor or extremely old. Communication with the office and maintenance is slow. The walls are thin and insulation is poor. Cable lines get fed up to upper units and get frequently cut by contractors causing me to switch to another internet provider. There’s a smell of mold in the bathroom and maintenance can’t find the issue which I suspect leaking in the walls from other the unit. I have to put my dog up and n... read more
