Verified Renter It is nice and quiet most of the time. The community has nice and clean amenities for the residents to enjoy. A great perk to staying in this community is having the expressway is at my front door. My neighbors are very welcoming with warming spirits. I Love It Here!

Verified Renter I have been here for a number of years. The staff is professional and courteous. They really keep property clean, cut, and snow removal in winter. Still have some issues not resolved but overall 80 % satisfied. Hope not another rent increase next year.

Verified Renter The experience here at Renew Centennial has been so warm and welcoming! The staff (Dawn, Alicyn, Dustin and Leona) are so kind and understanding. The communication is prompt and quick; and they are HONEST which is rare with rental properties nowadays. The units here are very close together and the walls echo. Verified Renter Maintenance took a full month to fix a leak (talking standing water on the floor) after being told it would be done “in a couple days” about 4 times. Also never received the $500 gift card we were told was a move in bonus.

Verified Renter The perfect distance from everywhere I frequent. I never really got to use the pool because it was only open during office hours. The walls look nasty because maintenance took forever to address a leak. The office staff are pretty friendly though.
