Verified Renter Quiet community with plenty to do nearby. Older buildings, which does show inside the apartment. Also, pretty spacious for the pricing. Very good choice for a short term move or first apartment.

Management has gone through so many changes which I can’t fully blame them for, but I can fully blame them for not responding to any emails or calls for the first 8 months we were here. If you need to get something done, you have to go down to the office and even when you do, it’s likely who you need to talk to isn’t there. Verified Renter The complex is really cool and quiet. The apartment complex is average in terms of amenities and maintenance. The location is convenient, but the units could use some updates. Overall, it's a decent place to live but nothing exceptional.

Verified Renter It has been great, but there have been little damages in the apartment that take a long time to get fix. And there is a lot of noise from the neighbors (e.g. slamming doors, yelling all the time,etc).

Yes, there have been issues with moving in, but those are normal in older buildings. i like the outdoor spaces, the lawn areas, and how close the property is to the action of the city without feeling like a city apartment. Verified Renter Super helpful and friendly staff! The one bedroom apartment I got it is clean, affordable, and the perfect size for me. Maintenance helps with any issues pretty quickly as well. The location is very convenient and I’m very happy with Renew in general.
