Verified Renter Multiple problems with my unit with maintenance issues when I moved in. Currently have had issued with bug in my unit. The staff has been helpful for the most part. The area/neighborhood is nice and is close by lots of restaurants and stores.

Don’t be fooled Wish I could give it zero stars! Don’t move in here. My son tried to move in two weeks ago and still can’t live there because the AC hasn’t worked from day 1. Temps are in the 90’s inside apartment and no one will fix it. Finally admitted it needs a new unit but no one will call and update us and when we call they just say they’re waiting on approval. Verified Renter The apartments seem decent and there are a lot of nice amenities. The stove isn’t full sized which is a bit odd and some of the doors don’t seem to seal at the bottom. Also was a bit disappointed by the lack of cleaning done before I moved in.

Verified Renter I like the area. The apartment is nice and quiet. The apartment rate is reasonably priced. On the other hand, the apartment is pretty old. That means old and subpar fixtures. There are also bugs in the apartment which can be a little concerning. The customer service is also not the best. One of the front office workers is rude and does not have a welcoming tone.

Verified Renter Leasing office just keeps juggling through maintenance men. the only one that actually did his job was kyle, this new batch looks like they will get things done so hopefully things will change , but since moving in nothing in my apartment ever gets fixed in a timely manner.
