Verified Renter I have lived in ReNew Centennial Apartments for many years. It is conveniently located near the Delmar Loop and all it has to offer. I am 30 seconds from I-170, which gives me access to I-64 if I go south and I-70 if I go north. The grounds are kept nice. I love my neighborhood. It is quiet. If there are any issues with the apartment, maintenance will come a fix the problem in a timely manner. The office staff is always nice and professional. Verified Renter Friendly and respectful community. I like how some of the staff knows you by name and are quick to solving any type of issue you may have. Only thing that I don't care for is that the rent is not a set price, but has a base price and all other incidentals are added on.

Verified Renter I really am pleased with the way the management and office staff handled their residents. They are very friendly, supportive and understanding in every situation. I love the fact that it is quite in the apartment complex, other than sirens on the highway, but I wouldn’t trade where I live for anything.
