Verified Renter I have a wonderful relationship with the staff. They are very professional and caring. I like how they schedule activities to bring the community together. I have become friends with other residents that I probably would never have met if it wasn't for the gatherings the staff schedules. The area is quiet. The landscaping is always kept nice. The maintenance crew is always available if my apartment needs some kind of repair. I love living at ReNew Centennial Apartments.

Verified Renter I love the location of ReNew Centennial. It is close to every place I like to go. I've lived here for many years and like the other residents that live in my building. We look out for each other. The maintenance crew is a good group of guys. When I put in a maintenance request, someone comes out in a timely manner. The office staff is also a great group of human beings. Above all, I feel safe living here.

Verified Renter I absolutely LOVE how I’m centrally located and the neighborhood is beautiful. This alone is what keeps me here at ReNew. The staff here at ReNew leasing office is horrific. Their communication is poor and their ability to take accountability is nonexistent. Unfortunately since leaving here I’ve only been met with issues. Verified Renter I love living here so far, the rent isn’t too bad… people are nice pro is playing always washers and dryers available in laundry room, the maintenance on the outside always looks good. There is even a dog park for two years. We have been living here have been nothing but greatness and I would recommend this property to anyone.

Verified Renter The apartments are nice it’s just too small. Kitchen is not big enough and has limited counter space. The stove is very small so it limits what can be cooked. Living room has no light source.
