Verified Renter I like the apartments besides the fact that they used floor boards for the windows and just slapped paint on top of everything. They could have at least sanded it down some but it’s ok

Verified Renter Unit wasn't ready on move in date, had to resign lease for next day. Unit was dirty at move in (hair painted onto the walls, dishwasher flooded kitchen when used, filthy drawers/cabinets, back door painted shut, shower rod/TP holder not secure to wall) "landlord special" thick white paint, looked nothing like the model unit. Thin walls, 1st floor can hear upstairs neighbor using the restroom. Smoking not allowed but if your neighbors do it anyway you will smell it. Verified Renter Neighborhood is friendly. Love all the amenities. Feels very homey. Only thing is there is paint on splotches on the floor but if stuff like that doesn’t bother you, then five stars.

Verified Renter Overall, my experience has been positive. I did not have access to gym or laundry facilities for some time, which I felt I was paying for anyway. The windows are old and not sealed, making heating and cooling less effective. I have received prompt and helpful maintenance requests, but have not received the upgraded blinds I was promised. Plumbing is old, but maintenance is responsive and communicative when needed.
