Verified Renter The community has good amenities but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for a place long term. Maintenance requests appear to be resolved but really bandaids are put on things. Concerns about things being stolen were completely ignored. The trash areas are completely neglected and sometimes all over the place. I honestly would’ve moved and terminated my lease early if I hadn’t already been completely exhausted with moving.

Verified Renter Good move in, unfortunately had no water pressure for a hot shower night one. Other than that I’m have with the move in and ready to be part of the community

Verified Renter I enjoyed my experiences the neighborhood is very quiet and the staff is very nice and helpful I can see myself here for a while. Maintenance have fixed my problems quicker as well

Verified Renter I am thoroughly enjoying my time here. The quality of life is exceptional. The maintenance team is highly responsive, and the management staff is extremely effective in addressing any issues. Additionally, the location is highly convenient.

Verified Renter My experience at the renew apartments is great there are friendly people the staff is always on time when you need them like maintenance they are very friendly people and it's a clean environment the pets are family my son really enjoyed looking at the dogs whenever we come outside so I recommend renewed to people

Verified Renter Maintenance issues are addressed promptly (except for the dishwasher, still don’t have that) and the community feels safe, well-lit and well staffed. All utilities work well.

Verified Renter Things are never fixed. My dish washer has been broken for over a year. Told every few months they will fix it. My sink backs up constantly. Light fixtures don’t work. We had snow and not a single side walk or walk way was shoveled front or back. If you call the office they’ll act like you’re bothering them. IF they answer which hardly happens. If you go in same thing. If you move here expect things to be in terrible shape.

Verified Renter Great job to pest control they immediately came to solve the pest problem for me although they did have to come 2 3 times it got the job done and now I haven't seen anything over a month will still give it time though

Verified Renter It Has Been Very Unpleasant Living Here, I Have Had Way Too Much To Deal With Upon Move In, Only One Maintenance Worker Has Been Very Helpful. I Have Been Given The Run Around Since December 14th About Different Things With My Apartment!!
