Residents around are nice and quiet at respectful hours, be around of your surroundings as anywhere, but it seems like everyone is aware and watches out for each other. The apartment itself, is nice but old. It’s very hard, some if not all impossible to open the windows to get fresh air as they are single pane windows. Verified Renter As a first-time renter, Renew Centennial made the move in process very smooth. The maintenance staff is helpful and professional! I will say that the walls are thin so you do hear the neighbors, but it is tolerable. The office staff responds quickly, and I love the neighborhood feels!

Verified Renter It's been okay. Any issues have been related to the structure or maintenance (leaks, pockets in the ceiling due to this). It's been or is being worked on thankfully. The frustration comes when it's reoccurring. It's an older property, so it's expected I guess. The office team changed a few times since I started living here, but I can say the current team is friendly. Events are held often for engagement. Utilities will be separated in the new lease. Verified Renter Maintenance is slow and inefficient at times. The amenities are often broken. Parking sucks. Honestly, it hasn't been a picnic living here for over a year. But iver definitely lived in worse places.
Verified Renter My experience as a resident has been good so far. I like the neighborhood, which is very safe and quiet and most importantly the location. The apartment is closer to downtown St. Louis and Clayton. People in the office are very nice and always willing to help me with any issues that may come up. Their maintenance is also great because it responds as soon as I put the request, mostly the day after. I will recommend this apartment to anybody who wants a good accommodation closer to downtown and Clayton.

Verified Renter Very good, very good. The gym is an amazing place to workout. The laundry room is as clean as the one from my military days. The leasing office looks like it could have a bar and be in competition with the Armory downtown.

Verified Renter It is Noisy because of highway and cars movineaf by, otherwise it is not bad. Apartments need some indoor work to be done. Location wise it is strategic and near many shopping centers.
