Verified Renter My move in date was pushed back there was multiple things wrong in the unit that still isn’t fixed the sewer was backed up and damaged my carpet they claimed someone came to clean it and still wasn’t clean. Called and harassed about 10.95 for rental insurance while my apartment smelled of sewer water

Verified Renter Only the location is good being off of 170. The condition of the unit and appliances such as HVAC are poor or extremely old. Communication with the office and maintenance is slow. The walls are thin and insulation is poor. Cable lines get fed up to upper units and get frequently cut by contractors causing me to switch to another internet provider. The backdoor also does not shut properly and always looks open. The front door has damage to it and does not properly lock or unlock which is very DANGEROUS!!
