Verified Renter Sinks are always backed up which leaves your home smelling like 10 dead bodies very quiet community but appliances inside the units could be better.

Verified Renter Not the best place to live. When moving in, it looked like our unit was not even looked at or fixed. One of the maintenance men urinated on our toilet seat and left it like that. There was black mold underneath the bathroom sink and kitchen sink and on the wall in the living room. The kitchen sink pipes were leaking. The bathroom sink detached from the wall and was being held together by paint. We were just constantly having problems after problems.
