Verified Renter We have lived here almost 3 years. Some times it’s been better than others but overall it’s been a good place to live. Good neighborhood, close to the city but far enough away to still feel quiet. Good yard upkeep, decent prices.

Verified Renter Not good office, not effective, lied about reward and free month rent to lure people, I have been waiting on it for 3 months, stillness response yet

Verified Renter I Hate It Here, They Dont Stick To Anything They Say And They Move On They On Time When Things Need Done And On Top Of That They Dont Even Offer Anything For INCONVENIENCING YOU!

Verified Renter I really enjoy the area I live in, I haven’t had any issues thus far with residents . I keep too myself. One thing I don’t like is that my apt hvac unit get under under it every time it rains and has to be extracted.

Verified Renter Friendly staff, quiet community and quick response to maintenance concerns. My experience living here has been very pleasant. Close to shopping and on the bus line. Pet friendly too. Dog park for your pets to play and make friends.

Verified Renter I have been here for a year and half and ay time I have needed any assistance the staff has been quick to assist. The staff is friendly and very informative. The complex grounds are kept up nicely.

Verified Renter So far it has been ok just a few minor issues . The move in experience was great . But some things in my unit were not completely inspected. But I will say I love that maintenance comes pretty fast .
