Verified Renter There are pros and cons of living here, but overall, it’s not that bad. This is my first apartment. Pretty close to a great neighborhood and easily accessible.
Verified Renter Could be better I was placed in a random apartment area due to the housing company’s own miss-scheduling. When I arrived a number of things were not as they should be. I have no hot water, I was missing 4 lightbulbs, the paint touch ups don’t even match the correct wall color. Pros are that the area is safe and quiet but other than that it’s utter disappointment.

Verified Renter Too many things have been going wrong with the apartment fixtures. I have had to place at least a minimum of 10 maintenance requests in 5 months

Verified Renter I like the apartments besides the fact that they used floor boards for the windows and just slapped paint on top of everything. They could have at least sanded it down some but it’s ok
