My husband has unsubscribed from their phone call list 3 times and he's still getting phone calls. He's been getting calls for over a year.

Zero stars should be an option here. My brand new vehicle (fresh off the lot) was wrecked by a valet parker at the Downtown Des Moines Marriott - 2 months and two days later, I have not received the payment to fix it! Nobody will help me as they say they "outsource" their parking service - the valet charges were charged by Marriott so therefore Marriott is involved & representing these crooks. I receive calls from Marriott all the time. I have requested to be taken off of their list 10 times. I try and call back to complain or get results and "IF" I can actually get through to a live person, they just hang up on me. I have blocked the numbers, I have been on the "Do Not Call" registry for 10 years. I have a robo-blocker, I literally take the time to put Names in my own phone directory, so I know who is calling. I know they outsource their call centers. They call me every other day which is bordering on harassment. I keep blocking their phone numbers and they just call from a new phone number. I cannot seem to get them to stop.

I had a confirmed reservation on Easter Weekend. My wife , my 91 year mother and myself. We drove all the way to Myrtle Beach, SC to have a nice weekend with family. We arrived around 4pm and check in started at 3 pm. I was told my credit card denied the charge. I contacted my Credit card company. The Credit Card company stated that no charge was ever attempted by Marriott. This hotel deserves -0. I stayed here a month ago. My room was dirty at Fairfield Hotel located at 120 Blarney Dr, Columbia SC29229. In addition it was loud guests and. This trip was a discriminatory trip from HELL. Checked in on 3/19/2021 for my friends birthday in San Juan at La concha. Upon arrival was chased down by some robo cop pressing if I had a reservation.
