several ago I reserved a room at the Providence Lincoln location I was very excited to go and celebrate a family members not sure as well as my husband‘s first birthday here in the states. The worst experience I ever had at a hotel was this weekend for my wedding staying at the Courtyard Mariott Deptford NJ. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. The only person that actually tried to help a bit and make the situation a little bit better was the gentleman manager there. This review is in reference to the Dearborn Inn a Marriott Hotel I'd like to start by saying I've never left a negative review online in my life but this sleazy hotel that represents itself has a classy establishment completely misled us about the cost of our wedding. Marriott Vacation Club Inc (MVCI) is an affliate under Marriott Corp. My complaint against both of them since Marriott is the ultimate responsibility. After being member of Marriott since 1999 along with member of MVCI (with 5 time shares) I became a LIFETIME Titanium Elite last year with over 3 Million Rewards points in Marriott B***** acct ( ******179) Now, MVCI is forcing to sell (send back deeds of my 5 time(3 in Hilton Head and 2 in Orlando) shares,(for which I had spent 75K+) back to MCVI WITHOUT any compemsation. The Westin New York at Times Square- don’t leave expensive stuff lying around, I lost a pair of Gucci loafers in one of the rooms. I didn’t even realize they were missing until I was already home. I reported them missing and they said they never found them. The staff in this hotel can’t be trusted, Maybe those shoes walked out of there on their own or somebody else is wearing them by now. I would never stay here again, not in a place where you don’t feel your personal stuff are secure

I have recently experienced a Marriott and had a negative experience. This is their standard response and I highly doubt that they will do a thing about it, I definitely see why they do not hold the BBB stamp of approval. They don't do anything right. After arriving at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Akron, Fairlawn I was advised that my paid reservation had been cancelled. After waiting for an hour with my elderly mother in the car, I was finally told that the hotel had over booked and that they would put us up at a sister hotel with a complimentary night's stay. The Four Points by Sheraton Marriott at LAX was the DIRTIEST hotel I have ever stayed at and the employees were rude. To start off, my boyfriend and I (a gay couple) were recommended a 2 bed bedroom by the lady at the front desk, even though I told her I booked a 1 king bedroom.
