I stayed and got bit by bed bugs. The Front desk manager offered $100 off $700 bill. I sent her pictures of the bites and felt like that thought I was lying. Showed the picture of the day before and the next day when I woke up and got bit over 20 times by bed bugs. I wish I could show you the pictures. They said they found not bugs but bed bugs may be hard to find until the next person gets bit. Maybe the GM will see this post and contact his customers as the front desk manager said they would call back and never did.

Fairfield Inn Niagara Falls operated by Sunray Group I am a Marriott Bonvoy Gold member. Let me start by saying don't waste your time with enrolling in this program. According to this Kyle at the front desk, the hotel reserves the right to provide you this upgrade which you are entitled to regardless if the room is available. Upon check in I asked if a larger room was available. Kyle informed me that they were nearly full and no larger rooms were available (Lie number 1). Very disappointed and angry with Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Miami Airport South. We had a reservation there for 3 nights, the first day I went down with COVID and the second day so did some of the people of my party, which includes a lady of 82 years old who is visiting us. We called to see if the reservation could be changed or we could get some credit but the response was “there will be no refund”. I have payed annual credit card member fees for years. They do not want to honor my benefits. I have free hotel stays & more. They have put me on hold transferee me tons of times & just don’t care. I want a refund for every year I payed an annual member fee. They are a nightmare

I can't begin to express how angry I am with the treatment I've received from Marriott. This had to be one of the worst "customer service" cases I've dealt with. I had a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights at the Residence Inn Boston Andover for which I paid $525. The toilet in one of the suites didn't work. The hotel was full so we couldn't change rooms. As a Marriott rewards member I have a certificate for a free night stay that expires on July 21st 2022. This is a certificate that I have earned and would like to use before it expires. I have lost 2 other certificates that went unused because of covid. I called Marriott to see if they would extend the expiration date of this certificate by 2 weeks so that I could use it on my vacation. When I booked the room last night on 5/15/22 I was never told there was a parking fee. I only know about it because I complain about no hot water in my room. I asked the front office to comp my stay and they said they can only comp me for parking. So now I have to check out with a shower and in addition the towel bowl was running all night. This is the worst experience I had with the Marriott. I expected better for the price I paid.

I was at an NA conference for the Easter Weekend 4/14/22 thru 4/17/22 and I was overcharged for the stay, almost $800. My bill should have been $159 (discounted rate for conference) plus taxes & incidentals (15% and $50 a night). I spoke to reservation desk while I was there as well as contacted corporate office. Once I returned from the conference I called Marriott and asked for number and email to accounting. I forward my receipt and bank statement showing the theft from the Renaissance hotel. NO STARS. GM, Grace B**********, harassed me by following me to my room as I was taking my disabled Aunts service dog back to the room. The poorest of customer service I've ever experienced. I am very surprised after reading numerous bad reviews about Grace, that she still has a job. Shame on you Marriott for allowing her to harass your customers. The location of this particular hotel is in Decatur Texas
