Madison, Wisconsin Marriott West I checked in the property the staff over charged my credit card 3x the amount for incidentals, I get to the room and the refrigerator is broken, it took over 2 hours for maintenance to fix it, the next day the sink started clogging and would not drain, the phone in the room didn’t work I had to call the front desk from my cell phone, they blocked my room keys and I had to get a new set the next day, then I ordered pizza and wings for dinner put the leftovers in the fridge and the next day the... read more

I would have given the hotel 5 stars but not after charging us $250 SMOKING FEE for vaping. It was once and set off the alarm. No fire trucks showed up. The maintenance guy said he would see we were not charged since it was vape not cigarette smoke. Well... way to come through for us. My son slipped in the shower due to poor treads on the bottom of the tub and smacked his face on the bathtub. He has a black eye now. I didn't file an incident report, but wish I did now. Pool area is very slippery when wet... So be careful the... read more

ROYALTON RIVIERA CANCUN OWNED BY MARRIOTT I was there for 4 nights, switched to a total of 3 rooms due to issues and in the end I was left to deal with someone else’s blood stains all over the bed sheets, and bed bug bites all over my legs and arms. Had to throw away my luggage and clothes from the amount of bed bug bites, received apologies and an “upgraded” package to “diamond” which was just “better alcohol” this place is a scam, all inclusive but you don’t even get a shots worth of alcohol in your drinks and even asking ... read more

From the beginning everything was just a nightmare, specially for the price we paid!! My family and I had to wait hours after check in for my room to be ready, mind you my check in was at 4pm and I am traveling with a baby. Our TV was broken, the phone wasn’t working so we literally were not able to order room service or anything the first day, we had to Uber eats. The room had no microwave and the fridge was hot.
