Bonvoy Rewards is a rip off. I have been “ locked out” because of “fraud”. Can’t get reinstated. They have 81,000 points I can’t use.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel and apparently the front desk people do not know how to process payments and issue refunds. We were told we were overcharged and now we are told we didn’t pay. We checked out at the front desk and were told everything was fine, only to discover it wasn’t. I would never stay here again.

This review is for the Residence Inn in Mountain View, CA. I actually could go on for hours regarding my horrific experience at this hotel, where i stayed over 6 months as an 'Ambassador' status member (while being treated like absolute crap), but I will limit this review to a few choice highlights. This 'remodeled' property is tired and in dire need of basic maintenance. Kitchens look like something you would find in a parks and recreation cabin in the woods. A complete waste of money, I spent over $2000 for 2 nights, towels, water, tea and toothpaste were requested for the room, instead we got some coffee, plenty of sugar and a toothbrush . Our room was cleared and stuff thrown away (disappeared) before we even checked out! It is their policy not to return calls hoping you'd go away and forget about them, truly disappointed, you would probably get more attention from a motel 6

Scammed I personally booked a room with Jennifer at the reservation desk at the Marriott 170 Lockwood Blvd Charleston SC for three nights. When i checked out i verified my charges on invoice received at checkout and all was good. However when i went to rectify my credit card expense report it showed charges for three separate rooms and two additional days for two of them. The parking rate at the Irvine Marriott is $37.90/night with no in-out privileges after 30 mins, which was not advertised during booking. The front desk did not mention these extraordinary parking rules upon check in, so I discovered the hard truth myself when parking. This section of Irvine is a public property "desert", there is no free public parking whatsoever, even though there's ample supply and zero demand. if i could give negative stars i would. Your company is so shitty. We booked a room for today 11/23/2021 however the date was supposed to be for tomorrow. We immediately called to cancel and/or change for tomorrow. priceline states, you can cancel as long as its before check in at 3, we did. at first we were told priceline and myself by Deena (or whatever her name is) that if we rebooked the room for tomorrow they would cancel and refund for today. so, you cant cancel refund but then you can if we rebook with you!!! thats bu... read more

This hotel charged $2 because I called the front desk when I was staying there. They charged me. For calling. When I was a guest. It’s not disclosed anywhere that that would incur a charge for placing a phone call. This is an infuriating (and potentially illegal?) business practice.

Stayed 1 night at the Fairfield Inn in Dania Beach Fl, 9/26/21. The following day the hotel charged my credit card twice for the 1 night stay, Once for $109.61, the senior rate and once $123.17 the regular rate. This was on 9/27/21 and it is now 11/11/21 and they still have not talked to me or refunded the double billing dispite 3 e-mails to the location.
