During our stay, our daughter suffered chemical burns from the pool deck all over her buttocks and the backs of her legs. When we reported it to the the hotel, we were immediately told it was not their liability since the pool was part of the Hamilton Lakes Athletic Club. They apologized but declined to offer any recourse or support. When we reported it to the athletic club, they said they did not have any liability because we were guests of the hotel and not members of the club. I received an offer in the mail for five days/four nights vacation at the Sheraton Vistana Villages in Orlando at a set price. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgraded room and a $200 gift card if we attended a 90 minute presentation. We were assured that the presentation is 90 minutes and at the end we would be free to leave immediately. This did not turn out to be true. I did two reservation with my Marriott BONVOY POINTS. From June 8-11th. I try to fix to get my Elite Nights for more then 20 days. Was told by someone over the phone that I used points and didn’t pay for the room. I said, wait a minute… Points is money and still it’s being paid for. The properties are dated and inconsistent with service and housekeeping. Based on the responses to the previous complaints, it's pretty generic and really it's a waste of energy to complain because they obviously don't care... all of the responses are literally the same. I made a reservation with prepaid rate, which cannot be refunded after 24hours. I cancelled the reservation within a few hours and made reservations in other hotels. But somehow the website was buggy these days. The cancellation didn't get through, but I only realized it after 24 hours. They told me policy is policy, they can do nothing about it. It was totally not my fault, and I'm unwilling to pay for their bug.

Went into the hotel room to find that the sink was completely clogged, and there was hair floating in the sink. We had to switch rooms within 10 minutes of arriving. Afterwards, the manager said he could only offer us a $30 refund. Very disappointed.

If I could give place a 0 rating I DEFINITELY would do so. 1. You can't tell who's working versus who's staying there as the employees are wearing street clothes and no name tags. 2. Hannah at the front desk was TERRIBLE and I'll leave it right there! 3. If I didn't see a cleaning crew, I'd NEVER know they existed. We were there 4 days and 3 nights without our room being cleaned even after requesting to have it done with members at the front desk. 4. The first night our room 402 had NO HOT WATER. This is a hospitality company that has lost its way. This company has lost its way. We had our wedding in Phuket Thailand at Le Meridian Phuket beach resort. We have a general manager that stands up for lying and lazy employees and insists that this employee is good and we have never had problems. We signed a contract over two years ago and had to postpone several times because of covid. This employee messed ups bill not once but twice in a written contract.
