My family was doing a road trip to Pittsburg from Toronto. After a 6 hour exhausting drive with a baby and a toddler all We wanted was a good nights rest. We decided to book a Decent hotel. We ended up booking 2 queen bed at this location. (The price for two queen was more expensive than one king bed). Once we arrived the attended informed us they had no 2 queen bed suite available. I have been trying to get reimbursed for a loss that occurred in the Marriott Hotel on America's Cup Avenue in Newport, RI. When the staff cleaned up the room one day they wrapped my AirPods in my sheets and took them away. My phone tracker located them in a staff-only area of the hotel (laundry room) that I did not have access to. The hotel staff looked for them there but could not find them. This is the review of the JW Marriot in Charlotte, NC. We stayed at the Hotel 04/22-04/24/22. We had nothing but problems. We checked in at 4:00 pm 2 hrs. before getting there and we had to remind them 2 times after getting there for updates on status of room. Around 4:30 pm after asking about it again our room was ready. Once in the room it was looked nice BUT after a couple our hours the A/C and internet did not work properly. I stayed a the Fairfield inn Tallahassee Fl. The hotel is old and rundown. While I was staying they had a water pipe break. My husband left the hotel covered in soap with a promise of a full refund By Ashley. We never received the refund. No matter how many times I tell them to be put on the Do Not Call List, it doesn't matter. Still recieve calls. I thought this was illegal.

This review is about the Gaylord National Harbor. On December 3,2021 I attended their I Love Christmas Movies event. From the beginning their were problems. No staff, ticket scanners did not work, we were rushed and given no time to experince the event, their were safety hazards and was so hot, I got sick. My family and I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott downtown Providence. One room 2/18- 2/20 and other was from 2/18-2/21. Upon check-in we were given meal tickets were the days we were staying. Which was discussed on phone with sales lady Annie. Both suites. When arriving on Feb18th both rooms had no heat (19degrees outside). The room on 6th floor had an older unit and was fixed by the next morning. The other room on the 1st floor which was a converted room which had a newer unit.
