Came in for an oil change and a small issue with my drivers door. They found a bigger serious problem with a previous, incorrectly done repair. They fixed me all up in just a couple of hours for more than a fair price. Highly recommend Jacob from the Service department and this location in general.
After wrecking my Jetta John Pittman switched me over to a GTI and I love it!! Special thanks to jack from service for always helping me out. You guys are amazing! Every time I go there I leave with a smile on. I wont go anywhere else to get my car worked on 😃

Bought my used car there. Overall a worthwhile experience. My car is in excellent condition. Just had my first oil change. Everything is good. The waiting area could use a little sprucing up though.
Great service and personnel. All have been great to work with for services required for your vehicle. Plus a great place for customers to lounge while services are being done (although they could provide a soda or two while waiting �)
My check engine light came on so I called service; they told me not to drive my 2016 Tiguan, I made my appointment and this is what they found Replace intake manifold $1500+ My fuel door was stuck and couldn’t close it Replace $550 I thought this quote was quite high (and the quote cost $100)and looking on line seemed to confirm my suspicions .
