We used TW Volkswagen through Auto Detail Plus for some cosmetic wheel refinish on our Lexus. We were very happy with the service and willingness to work around our schedule for drop off and pick up. Follow up from initial contact wasn't 100%, but Auto Detail Plus, took ownership and made it right. Everyone drops the ball from time to time.

We had an amazing day! Everyone there were genuinely nice people. They make every effort and attempt to please the customer and made us feel important. We were made comfortable, offered drinks and were never rushed. We weren't just a sale to them, we were human beings and treated as such. I highly recommend Tom Woods for extraordinary experience! I have been a VW owner for five years. The dealership on 96th street has always had the best customer service. Honest, friendly, and caring about our needs. Last year we took our car in to be serviced at the Noblesville location and the service was terrible. Lack of communication, I feel like they over charged me for services received, and said that they fixed things that they did not fix. We have since then returned home to the 96th street location. We will never leave home again!
Every step of the service was outstanding. We bought two new vehicles and were ecstatic to have all the help they provided. They walked us through the process step by step and answered every question we had. 10/10 would recommend again and again.
